Meet Your Hosts

Brandon Hutcheson (Hutch) is a Tennessee Native, he grew up near the Mountains of East Tennessee. From a very early age Entrepreneurship was all he knew. Out of necessity for money, he learned that hard work and willingness to take the risk to work for himself came natural for him.

Allen Huggins (Huggy) is A 9th generation Nashvillian, Allen is a proud graduate of Montgomery Bell Academy and The University of Georgia. Following in his great-grandfather’s footsteps, Allen joined the family business as a realtor in 2003. In 2009 Allen formed his own real estate team, which grew into his own brokerage WH Properties in 2017. He is an expert on everything Middle TN and is active in many local organizations and nonprofits. Married to wife Maggie, he is a proud father to children Emory and Charlotte.
